I'm not able to download a resource file. What should I do?

If you are unable to download a resource file, please check that the internet browser you are using to access the TES website is up-to-date.

If you are accessing the website using the browser Internet Explorer 8 you may be repeatedly asked to log in when you attempt to download a resource. This is because the 
TES website no longer supports Internet Explorer 8. In this case, we recommend that you either upgrade Internet Explorer to the latest version or use an alternative browser to access the website. Read more about which internet browser to use here.
