You can share your own resources for free by using the resource uploader tool within your TES account.

To upload a resource, log into your TES account and click on the ‘Add resource link below your username.

1.    Add files and describe

Once in the resource uploader tool, you will be given the option to Add your files.  Alternatively, you can drag and drop files into the upload box.

Once you have uploaded your files, specify your resource type. Click the arrow icons to the right of the file name to select from a drop-down menu.

Remember to give your resource a meaningful title and description including, where necessary, details such as learning objective and how to use the resource. Click Continue to proceed.

2.    Choose categories

On this page, you will be able to add categories to your resource. The more accurately you categorise your resources during this stage, the easier it will be for users to find them. Use the slider to select an appropriate age range and select from the Subject and Topics lists.

3. Choose Licence

Next, select the 'Share for free' tab and you will be asked to choose a Creative Commons Licence to apply to your resource. Read more about Creative Commons licencing here.

4 Preview and Publish

In the final step of the upload process you will be able to see a preview of you resource page which has now automatically saved as a draft in your Uploads tab. If you are happy with your resource page, click 'Publish' to make it visible on the website. Alternatively, you can click 'Edit Draft' to make further changes.

Remember, if you do not click, 'Publish' your resource will not be live on the website or appear in search results.

If you wish to upload your resource for sale, you can follow the upload steps here.
